Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.
The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you.

When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo’s come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
Other Amenities Include:
*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.

This unit has the most fabulous views of lake Travis! It was beautifully appointed with anything that is needed for a great vacation. It was very clean upon arrival and had extra towels for the pools. This is a very nice resort and very quiet as well, I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed here. North Shore Vacation Rentals was extremely nice to work with as we had to change our dates of our stay and they were so nice and understanding. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

From the outstanding customer support from Melinda, to the condo villa being sparkling clean upon arrival, the comfort and spaciousness of each room, fully stocked kitchen and the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, this was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. The WiFi and TV also worked flawlessly. It truly felt like a home.
Additionally, we were very pleased with the underground parking, fitness center, indoor outdoor pools and the on site restaurant.

When all the big things are taken care of- great beds, clean, good amenities, excellent view, comfortable furniture- it’s the little things that make you so happy! The condo has beautiful decor, fans in all rooms and great kitchen supplies. I highly recommended this unit.

We were completely satisfied, in fact our expectations were exceeded. Two couples shared the condo for 4 nights. The condo has a great corner location on the 3rd floor with great views of the lake / river in both directions as well as of one of the outdoor pools. Very nicely furnished, inside and out, with comfortable king beds in each bedroom. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we come back to the area, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights. It’s a bit “off the beaten path” but still is close enough to plenty of shopping and restaurants, and in a very peaceful setting. Drive careful coming in as there were often deer on/near the road (which was so fun to see!).The unit was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen included everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the sheets are very nice. There were plenty of bed pillows and towels in both baths. The master bath is very large and the jacuzzi tub was nice. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Though the water was down a bit (time of year) there was still a nice view. Parking is underground which we loved and our spots were close to the elevator. We worked out in the fitness center (which was not super cold as many are, thank goodness) and I loved that there was a hot sauna in the ladies bathroom. All in all, stay at this unit made for a very nice and comfortable visit of the area and we plan to be back. I would highly recommend. The only problem we had was that we could not find the garbage bins on each floor where you are supposed to empty trash when you leave. It would help if there was more info about those and/or they were shown on the map. In any case, there was a large dumpster in the parking garage so we dumped our trash bags there.

Such a beautiful, peaceful location. Mornings on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, to relax inside and escape the heat. And a restaurant on-site for an easy dinner at the end of a busy day.

This place was just what I needed and hoped for. Perfect location on the property, incredible views, and the balcony is completely private! We spent hours sitting out there. The property is gorgeous and well maintained, fun pool and spa. The condo is stocked with everything you need including comfort! The parking garage provides reserved covered parking and easy access to elevators that take you to your floor. Can’t say enough, we will be back!

We had a wonderful time on and off of the property. The area was full of great attractions and shopping. The condo was roomy and clean. It was easy access to the pool and garage. By far , the best view of the lake from the patio.

when we arrived after a long drive from El Paso Texas, I can’t tell you how breathtaking it was to enter a condo that was so luxurious and goes without saying the views overlooking the lake. The unit was impeccable and we all were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at The Island multiple times over many years. Great condo with lots of room. Enjoyed all 3 pools. My daughter and I even used the sauna. The management company has the grounds looking very nice.
