The condo also has a large HDTV, DVD player, WiFi and a washer/dryer. When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo’s come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck was great. We ate out on the deck one night with our cocktails and enjoyed the sunset. Everything was clean and the wife loved the decor.

I rented 2 units through North Shore Vacation Rentals, this unit #3225 and another. I will start off by saying that North Shore was so nice to deal with throughout the booking process. The property and grounds are beautiful and the unit has everything you will need to get you started for your vacation. The unit was spotless apon arrival and has a very nice view of the lake and pool.

Very nice view from the 2nd floor balcony. Balcony was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. We didn’t find the local grocery store until our last day there. 😜 Brookshire Brothers was the best option. Lowe’s Market was a little pricey.
The condo was furnished nicely. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were numerous towels in the bathroom. The 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs were nice. The indoor pool was great! Very nice gym with lots of equipment. The view of the lake was awesome! Will definitely be back! Want to kayak next time we go! March was a little to cold to get in the lake.

The condo was delightful. Nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the lake. The cleanliness was a bit questionable, especially the balcony which we could not use without having to clear of spider webs and bird droppings, which we didn’t do. The Property Management firm needs improvement. We did not receive check-in instructions, although we received many other emails, and didn’t realize this until we were at the Property in the evening without a way to get in. These instructions are so important you would think the management firm would have bothered to confirm receipt. Overall, however, we had a nice stay.

Beautiful View ! and a really nice balcony and the apt. was very nice and clean and decorated superbly with Texas themed and the clocks were very interesting too.
Didnt need anything but dish soap.we ran out as there was just a tiny bit in the bottle. and loaded the dishwasher but could not get it to start. it came on but never would start the cycle.
there were towels left in dryer upon arrival .
but we were not bothred by any of it. loved it and plan on renting the same one again sometime in the summer months.
Thank you for keeping up the beautiful grounds too. enjoyed all the flowers and gardens .

The unit was comfortable and well equipped for our 28 day stay. It needs some updating in the bathroom shower. It is small and no place for full size shampoo and conditioner. For us woman it is hard to maneuver to shave your legs. The management should make people aware that the indoor pool is not up and useable as the outdoor pool was too cold to utilize due to weather.

We wanted to get away from the city and found the perfect place out in Lago Vista. Beautiful Sunsets, lots of deer and everything you need to stock up within a 15 minute drive. We came out for business and to attend the F1 race at COTA. The drive to COTA ranged from 50 min to 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on traffic. So happy we chose Lago Vista, even though it was a drive to COTA, I preferred the drive to enjoy the scenery and all the deer.

Great condo with everything you could ask for and the absolute perfect sunsets . The entire property was clean & very well maintained .We were amazed how quiet things were for a July 4th weekend & a pretty much sell out property . Looking forward to our next visit really soon .

Great stay. The room was neat and clean, with all necessary appliances. Beautiful views and easy access to pool or lake. The building parking lot however, needs a bit of work (water pipes leaking all over),but that is for HOA to fix. In terms of our apartment it was perfect for a couple to spend some relaxing time. We had a great time. Room was great, perfect view of the pool and lake. Clean and comfortable. If you go to the condo’s restaurant, you have the try the fried mushrooms and peach cobbler, not bad for hotel food! We liked that the kayak rental company came and delivered right to us at the water. He was great! Overall thumbs up! We will come here again.

This condo is very well appointed with everything you need for a place to stay away from home. The balcony overlooking Lake Travis makes the room appear bigger with the open view! Beautiful courtyards. Used the hot tub every day. Indoor pool is temperate for a good swim. Met some very nice people who live in the condos.

Great condo overlooking the lake. Very peaceful and relaxing. A good way to de-stress. We were very pleased with our booking experience. The restaurant on site was great as well as the food. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
