This villa is spacious at 1215 sq ft and has a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a large wrap around sofa for great family time as well as a second sofa with a queen size pull-out bed. Additional amenities in this villa include a covered patio with private gas grill, lake, hill country, and Pace Bend Park views, HDTVs, WiFi, and washer/dryer. When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
