This villa is very comfortable, can sleep 6 people, and has access to all the amenities at the Island Resort including 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs, one indoor pool with hot tub, an onsite restaurant, workout facility, tennis courts, and outdoor picnic area. This villa is spacious at 1215 sq ft and has a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a large wrap around sofa for great family time as well as a second sofa with a queen size pull-out bed. Additional amenities in this villa include a covered patio with private gas grill, lake, hill country, and Pace Bend Park views, HDTVs, WiFi, and washer/dryer. When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo’s come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

*Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key.
* Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests.
*Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This place was stunning. Views all around the resort. Our place was clean and well taken care of. We loved feeding and seeing all the deer. This area is quiet and a perfect little get away.

I have never been to this area of TX and honestly didn’t want to leave. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and it offered everything we needed We will certainly be back
Lago Vista -Lake Travis stay

We had a good time at the Lago Vista resort and enjoyed our stay in the 2 bed 2 bath condo. The directions to get there were exact as we traveled by caravan with a married daughter. We each had a parking space for our cars in a garage. The apartment was a good size for the 4 of us and allowed for togetherness and privacy. The only equipment we brought was a blender for breakfast smoothies. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the morning and having our breakfasts and viewing the lake and the many deer in the area. Our bed was comfortable and place was quiet. The only complaint from us is that it needs an update. Everything seems well-worn and there were quite a few empty hooks on walls. But we’d probably stay again if asked.

This condo was just perfect for our family! The view was beautiful, the rooms were nice and roomy, and the couches are SO comfortable! Great location on the water. We brought our boat and also rented a boat slip so that was nice. The water is very low right now, but they still have a boat ramp that we were able to use. We had to ask one question about the AC unit and Melinda was very quick to answer and help! The only thing I would suggest if you stay in this room is to bring some black out curtains if your staying in the master. There are not any curtains on the windows and when the sun comes up, it’s BRIGHT!
All and all I would for sure book here again!

My family flew in from Rhode Island and it was a perfect way to show them texas. Condo was clean and sanitized. The balcony had no pest, it was an amazing stay. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Unit 1308 was beautiful. Amazing views overlooking the water. Ck in was easy and my husband and I truly enjoyed spending our 25th wedding anniversary there. Would highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo and view from the condo were excellent. We loved having deer roaming around outside the grounds! It was a very peaceful atmosphere. It was unfortunate that the inside pool was closed because it needed repair. We discovered on our last day there that the lock on the condo wasn’t working! Thankfully no one tried to break in!
