Having stayed at The Island many times and enjoyed each time, this condo is the new home away from home. It has been decorated with clear love and care, and we kept finding new delights during the stay like sharks painted on the floor of the patio like you're standing on the ocean, the a parrot bell by the door.... so many grwat touches! There were small hiccups like getting in the door initially and a network connection on the TV, but communication was quick and each one resolved in short time. The condo was spotless and is even more cozy than the pictures show. The location is perfect, parking spot right across from the elevator with a guest spot right behind that, and right around the corner from the pool it's balcony overlooks. Everything is provided. The bed is a pillow top bed that is firm, so if you like a soft, plush mattress, bring another topper. I used the extra blankets and slept great. The pillows are varied and very comfortable. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

The villa was clean and cozy. The lake view was excellent.
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and suited our needs with a wheelchair quite nicely! The only negative was it would have been helpful to have more clear instructions and perhaps even a map of the location of the assigned parking, along with more clear instructions on how to enter the property in the arrival instructions. It would have also been helpful to have some sort of welcome/guest info inside with a map of the overall property- at least of information on where and how to access the gym, restaurant and other pools from where we were. Aside from this and us not being able to connect our firestick,( although we all tried valiantly), we had a lovely time celebrating our 39th anniversary. We will definitely be back!
