Property is great! Condo is good had everything we wanted and comfortable. But Recommend getting oven checked used to cook a pizza but does not heat properly. Also recommend to Double check cleaning some plates were still dirty and found small pieces of hair on bedding. We ended cleaning ourselves. Automatic light outside of front door at night has a ton of bugs if possible to install a zapper would be helpful. These things will improve your rental property.

Condo was great! The only problems which I don’t know if you know about. Ice maker does not work. We managed with ice tray. Also, the fan in master bedroom makes a very loud sound. Thanks . We plan on coming back in May. Hope this unit will be available. We usually come there 3-4 times a year.

This unit was great. Very clean. We could not have ask for any better. We will ask for this unit in the future.

This was a last minute trip for us after losing power for a week after hurricane Beryl. We chose this place because the ratings were good, price was reasonable, and they allow pets. The condo was nice and updated. The grounds were well kept. Our only complaints were the few carts the complex have for people to use were nowhere to be found when we needed them. Unfortunately, I believe some people took carts and held onto them until they were ready to go. I highly recommend taking a wagon or a cart of some sort to make your life easier. Also, if you are planning to go downtown, it’s quite a drive. If you are looking for a place to relax, lay around, read a book and hang out at the pool. This is the place.

This condo was fabulous. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Very comfortable atmosphere. Location was great. Despite the low lake levels currently, we still had lake access. We would definitely recommend.

nice quiet getaway

Overall very nice place and well stocked. Only complaint is the couch is awkward and uncomfortable. Guests would never sit on it. Little to no back support.

This is the perfect condo for two! The open layout makes it feel bigger than the square footage, and being simply decorated keeps the lines clean. Bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable, and the ensuite has a small garden tub and a separate shower. In addition, there is a half bath where my husband was able to take refuge while I was in the midst of my regimen. The balcony is quite large, and wraps around two sides of the unit, providing both water and courtyard views. The entire complex is well kept, quiet, and offers the perfect alternative to a hotel.

Nice condo on Lake Travis that we would definitely rent again if we return to the area. The BBQ pits aren’t very good. If you are planning to grill I’d recommend you reconsider and cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The AC went out the second day we were there, but the property manger gave us updates and they got it fixed the next day. The property manager was excellent at responding to any questions/issues we had very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and accommodating. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed it so much that we skipped out on going on our Austin day trip. We will definitely be back.

This condo was just fantastic. Great in space. Love the rooms, the cleanliness, and even the sofas. Everything is so nice. Even though it’s one room, it is very large and just very well kept.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. The view was lovely, the pool was perfect in the summer heat… just what we needed!

We really enjoyed this particular unit. It’s a 2nd floor condo. We had everything we needed, nice arrangements, bedding, furniture, etc. In the evening, the views from the patio were great! The sun would rise right in front of un in the morning, and at night, the view of the lights from the home were awesome. I/we enjoy the hillside more than the lake side when I/we stay here because of the lights, and the moon will rise just to your left in the evening. Nov 2018 was nice & cool, and as always we feed the deer which is always a treat. Just be aware of the larger bucks because they can get aggressive/demanding with what’s in your hands. Overall, it was a great Thanksgiving week.

This was a great rental experience. We were informed of everything in advance to make the visit easy. The condo was comfortable and clean. We were part of a larger group staying in a large house so we did not use any of the amenities of the resort, but the pool looked great. We had a welcoming committee of flocks of deer every time we drove into the complex. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay, our condo was very clean and comfortable. We will be coming back to vacation here again.

I rented this amazing unit right as hurricane Harvey hit. Cam from leasing office offered options and checked in continuously to make sure me and my guest were safe. The unit was well equipped and clean. The neighbors are extremely nice and you can feed the deer from you car window. Also the patio on the house is very spacious and peaceful. Office staff are all attentive and professional.

The resort was beautiful and well maintained, with gorgeous views of the lake. We were there for a wedding, so many friends were staying there, and we were able to see various condos and they were all different, and uniquely decorated. Would definitely go again!
